EC Project Development – Information Society Technologies, Hévíz, Hungary–25–27 September 2006 3–day intensive training course on how to develop and manage European projects target towards the ICT sector. The ICT priorities of FP7 as well as other ICT related EC programmes were discussed integrated into a common framework.
European Project Development – Energy & Environment, Malta – 22–23 September 2006, 21–22 September, 2005, 3–5 June 2004 and 10–12 May 2004 These special workshops are organised once in a year for project leaders and CEOs from the energy and environment sectors to introduce them to the full spectrum of available EC funds and other financial alternatives.
FP6 – Proposal development, Hévíz, Hungary – 24–26 May 2004 The program was designed to give a comprehensive overview of the FP6 Community Program and its priorities, taking participants deep into the practical issues of project development.
EU Funds for Turkish Organisations, Istanbul, Turkey – 26 June, 2005 and 18 June, 2006
These seminars were designed to give a general overview of the EU funding opportunities and Community programmes open for Turkey, and to take participants deep into the practical issues of project development through sharing experiences.
EU Funding for Croatian Organizations – Zagreb – 3 October 2005 and 12 December 2005
This one–day event with approximately one hundred participants provided an excellent opportunity for companies to become familiar with the most relevant EU programmes and receive practical insight on proposal preparation and international project management. The seminar – as one of the attendants commented – provided "chance to talk to the presenters in order to discuss real, specific problems and issues", while others found the "hints & practical tips for creating chances for writing proposal" the most useful features of the seminar.
"Experiences from a New Member State" – Three–day Practical Training courses on EC Project Development for Candidate Countries – Hévíz, Hungary – 24–26 January, 2005 and 4–6 April 2005
"Quality of the organization & knowledge of the trainer team" – this is how attendants marked this three–day training course. Participants gained deep insight not only into general issues regarding EU funding opportunities for their particular countries, but also into the preparation of project proposals during the workshops.
EU Funds for Romanian Organizations – Bucharest – 10 October 2005
A series of seminars had been completed with this special event. Romanian companies can be involved in most of the Community Programmes; therefore, Europa Media PSC and Geonardo Ltd intended to assist their participation and preparation in proposal writing and EC project development.
FP6 for Australian Universities and Research Institutions – Wollongong, Australia – 21 February, 2005
This course was designed to give an overview of benefits of the participation in FP6 projects through real project examples, and to provide useful hints and tricks for Australian and New Zealander project proposers.

Seminar series on Business Cooperation and EU funding Opportunities and on proposal development and project management in Central–Eastern Europe for French and Portugal Companies
International Training on EU Funding Opportunities for Managers and Decision–makers – Plovdiv, Bulgaria – 11–12 April 2005.
This small–group international modular training seminar was hosted by Bulgaria. Top managers and decisions–makers from all across Europe were trained on the practical background of proposal preparation in European Programmes that concern energy and environmental issues.
FP7 European Funding Academy – Budapest, Hungary – 5 March – 6 April and 10 April – 10 May 2007 FP7 Academies are meant to bridge the gap between "Information Days" and the several years of actual experience required to develop project proposals and manage FP7 projects.
European Funding Academy – Budapest, Hungary – 1 July – 6 October 2006, 15 July – 13 October, 1 October – 24 November 2006 A new Integrated 3–month–long Programme on EC Project Development and Management – Full–featured Distance Learning Solution plus a 5–day practical workshop. "Nothing beats the sharing of real experiences" as one of the participants commented.
FP7 Management, Budapest, Hungary – 18–19 June and 5–6 July 2007 2–day intensive training courses on how to manage successfully projects funded by FP7, complemented by a 2–week e–learning and distance tutoring in combination with personal interaction with Europe's leading project managers.
FP6 Management, Budapest, Hungary–25–26 May 2006 The two–day seminar on how to manage projects supported by the Sixth Framework Programme provided a "relaxed atmosphere combined with ambitious lectures. "Discussion with other participants, relationships established for potential future cooperation" even raised the final outcome of the seminar.
EC Project Management – Budapest, Hungary – 9–10 February, 2–3 March, 6–7 April and 4–5 May 2006 A 2–day training course concerning all practical issues of EC project management for intermediate and advanced participants with focus on some of the most significant programmes, such as FP6(FP7), e–Content, eTen, Intelligent Energy for Europe, etc.
Five-day intensive training on EC project development for Junior Project Managers
Keszthely, Hungary – 23-27 August 2004; Budapest – 29 November – 2 December 2004, 13–16 December 2004, – 17-20 January 2005 and 7–9 February 2005. The course was designed mainly for project managers who have some years of experience but still needed to receive a comprehensive overview on European Funding Opportunities focusing on Community Programmes in the fields of education, trainings, environment and research.
EU Enlargement from a Business Perspective, Keszthely, Hungary – 28 April 2005 The aim of the conference was to share the experiences of the ten New Member States regarding the new funding and business opportunities that are available for small and medium-sized enterprises.
